Thunderstorm
The thunder started when I was playing outside. My mother called me to come in the house, “Tony, come in! It is too dangerous to be out!” It was warm inside the kitchen. I heard the branches tap against the window. The rain began to pour down on the roof. The power went out as we were eating dinner. My mother lit some candles in the room. We made shadow pictures on my bedroom wall.
